Who we are

The Jethro Plan is owned and operated by SMADERS, LLC. When these terms say "we," "us," or "The Jethro Plan," they mean SMADERS, LLC. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Terms

Church plans bill monthly or yearly and can be canceled anytime. If your first month isn't helpful, you can get a full refund within 30 days. Your plan lets your church print, copy, and adapt the materials for use within your own congregation; please don't resell them or share them outside your church. Association plans cover the churches named in your agreement.

Custom Series

• Who can order: active Jethro Plan members. Custom work is part of the membership, not a separate product for the public.
• Capacity: we accept up to 4 Custom Series and 8 Custom Series Maps each month, first come, first served. If the month is full, we'll offer the next open start date.
• Turnaround: maps in 5 to 7 business days; full series in 10 to 14 business days after we receive a complete intake form and payment. Please request at least 3 weeks before your series starts.
• Payment: paid in full before work begins. Founding member prices apply while your founding membership is active.
• Revisions: one round of revisions within 14 days of delivery, covering wording, passages, order, and special Sundays. A change of topic counts as a new order.
• Annual member benefit: one Custom Series per membership year. It doesn't roll over and has no cash value.
• Theology: we write in the same approach as all Jethro Plan lessons: Scripture paraphrased, room for the Holy Spirit, and nothing that takes sides on matters where faithful churches differ. You decide what is taught in your church, and you're welcome to adjust anything.
• Your church's information: we use what you share on the intake form only to build your series. If you allow library use, we remove your church's name and any personal or local details first.
• Use: you may copy and adapt your series for your own church. Please don't resell it or post it publicly.
• Refunds: full refund if you cancel before we start. Once work has begun, we'll finish it and make it right through the revision round.

Privacy

We collect only what you enter in the sign-up form and use it to send The Jethro Plan emails and to understand which churches we serve. We never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your information at any time.
